Job Summary
The Attendant is responsible for maintaining sanitary conditions in the EDR at all times. Additionally, the attendant is responsible for monitoring the flow of guests into and out of the EDR and maintaining food levels.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
> Ensures the outlet environment is cleaned to standard at all times.
> Maintains and monitors levels of all EDR supplies and communicates inventory needs to management.
> Ensures all surfaces and cabinets are neat, clean, and well supplied.
> Is aware of daily menu.
> Greets all Team Members entering the outlet.
> Keeps hot/fresh food on the line.
> Follows all safety/sanitation guidelines.
> Keeps table tops and chairs clean and in order.
> Keep floors clean.
> Checks in with proper supervisor after coming on and before leaving shift.
> Keeps table condiments (containers, napkins, etc.) stocked and clean
> Performs other duties prescribed by management.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSA)
Specifics Required:
> High school diploma or GED required
> At least 21 years of age

> Good interpersonal skills
> Attention to detail
> Good verbal communications
> Basic math skills

> Able to prioritize tasks
> Ability to follow direction
> Able to remember details

Physical Demands / Work Environment
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this position, the team member is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The team member will be required to maintain a positive facial expression and body language for long periods of time. The team member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Office, gaming floor and convention center environment including flashing lights, frequent loud noises and cigarette smoke. Must be flexible with work schedule. Must be willing to work any hours and/or shift, as assigned, according to business needs. Occasionally must deal with angry or hostile individuals.
